Ruby Drape of the Mysticant maybe, i have Shadow Cloak of Dalaran right now.. that cloak is also good, but the thing i need is the hit rating wish is 18 on the "back", wish would meen, if i got it, i could swith my damn 2x 8+ hit rating, to 2x 9+ spell dmg, wish would compensate for the dmg lose from the new cloak..
