Battle Formations!

Hello one and all.

I'm currently busy with university exams so my play time might be limited.
what I can do, however, is invest 1 or 2 hours a day sorting out the clerical side of things to our little guild.
The goal of this is to assess the state of our guild and what we still need to grab to reliably run 25 man raids without having to make use of puggers. with kara on farm, we need to set our eyes on a new goal, and while ZA could keep us occupied for another few months, it would make sense to prepare for the bigger things now.

As such, I want everyone that thinks of themselves as a reliable raiding member to post in this thread with the following information:

Ehh, can you guys explain this "bar stuff". I don't really get it. Is it an indication about gearlevel compared to instances??

Ok, call me thick as a brick here but what does be.imba.hu means?

its a web adress, write it in your url box

be.imba.hu is the level at which your gear is, so say the red bar is at gruul/maggy, then you are well enough geared to go and raid to gruuls and maggy, pretty simple The blue bas is where it is estimated that you got your gear from btw

Thank you for the explanation, I'll get back with a more detailed report when I have logged in and changed gear, the website is currentley showing my grinding gear.
