Gear Up! Here's How..

right, from a pure numbers perspective, we have enough members to raid kara, healing, OT, MT, DPS, everything is there.
I suggest we spend at least 2 weeks gearing everyone up, especially the healers as they don't appear to have kara-level gear.

See what needs improving in your gear, prioritize your gearing needs and post IN THIS THREAD which instances you need to hit, and which boss (not name but "1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc."), so we can plan around getting the gear faster.
Please keep in mind that it's about priority, running an instance 50 times to get gloves that give you +2 spelldamage over your current stats isn't worth it.

To raid kara, you should aim at getting a pure "blue" character. No greens, no matter how "good" they might appear!

I personally don't *need* any gear but here's an example post:

Steam Vaults, 2nd Boss, Gloves.
Botanica, last Boss, Robes.
Arcatraz, last boss, Trinket.

Sounds good

I need:
